As well as a heavy column further increases the rigidity and ensure the smoothest grinds. The work table on the DG-500 disc grinder features an easy to use hand wheel chamfer adjustment that allows the operator to chamfer up to 45 degrees. The entire work on this grinding machine table can be moved up or down the column via a hand wheel adjustment as well. Unlike a lot of the competition, the DG-500 disc grinder from Baileigh Industrial has a powerful 2 hp motor that requires 220 volts of single phase power so it can work in almost any fabrication or machine shop. A convenient dust port is also included to help with shop cleanup.
